Reroster Requirements

Rerostered reports are available, as soon as we import your "external" reroster file into MMARS. You simply need to send us a file (any format; Excel, comma-separated text, database, etc.) that contains the roster information -- presumably exported from your Student Information System (SIS).  We need the following information for each student, each period (multiple rows per student with multiple classes):
  1. Firstname
  2. Lastname
  3. Birthdate
  4. Local Student ID#
  5. SSID#
  6. School Code (7-digit CDS)
  7. Teacher Lastname
  8. Teacher Firstname
  9. Teacher Number (unique SEIN or local code) 
  10. Grade Level

and for middle/high schools

  1. Department Name or Code (e.g. English, Math, Science, Social Studies)
  2. Course Name
  3. Period Number
  4. Semester or Term (e.g. 1,2 or F,S,Y)

Please let us know whether your file contains "current rosters" (2011-12) or "as-tested rosters" (2010-11).
