Rerostered reports are available, as soon as we import your "external" reroster file into MMARS. You simply need to send us a file (any format; Excel, comma-separated text, database, etc.) that contains the roster information -- presumably exported from your Student Information System (SIS). We need the following information for each student, each period (multiple rows per student with multiple classes):
- Firstname
- Lastname
- Birthdate
- Local Student ID#
- SSID#
- School Code (7-digit CDS)
- Teacher Lastname
- Teacher Firstname
- Teacher Number (unique SEIN or local code)
- Grade Level
and for middle/high schools
- Department Name or Code (e.g. English, Math, Science, Social Studies)
- Course Name
- Period Number
- Semester or Term (e.g. 1,2 or F,S,Y)
Please let us know whether your file contains "current rosters" (2011-12) or "as-tested rosters" (2010-11).
